Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS)

 

SchoolDude (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a web-based facilities work order system and preventative maintenance system based out of North Carolina, USA. The Winnipeg School Division has been using SchoolDude since July 1, 2005 and has implemented the following modules:

Online preventive maintenance work scheduling tool that helps you create, assign and manage recurring maintenance tasks efficiently.


Online inventory management tool that helps you streamline your process for requesting, ordering, issuing, and tracking inventory items.


Online facility usage scheduling tool for managing educational facility usage requests, tracking event schedules, and accounting for usage expenses created to integrate with maintenance processes.


Online utility management and reporting tool that audits, tracks and analyzes utility consumption and costs to identify savings opportunities.


The new online capital planning and budgeting tool from SchoolDude that simplifies strategic planning for your educational institution's future capital needs.
