Central Services is the Main coordinating group which oversee the utilization of staff resources for division wide services, system maintenance services related to door hardware, glazing, security, heating plants, masonry and grounds. Central Services is also responsible for the management of the Stores Department. Central Services manages staff and resources using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) called SchoolDude.
The North and South Maintenance Districts provide maintenance and minor construction services using skilled trade persons such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, stream fitters and other technical support. All maintenance work orders and minor construction projects are managed with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) called SchoolDude.

Members of the Operations Group include:
Central Management team consists of a Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Supervisor who work closely together ensuring that the overall goals and objectives of the Operations Group are met in a timely and consistent manner.
North & South Maintenance Management team consists of a Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor who work closely together to complete day-to-day maintenance and minor construction projects by scheduling multi-trade staff and communicating with school administrators within each maintenance district.
Clerical, responsible for the coordinating and processing of work requisitions; providing clerical support for the Maintenance Coordinator and District Managers; maintaining employee attendance records; and many other various duties as required.
Trades and Utilities, responsible for all aspects of performing maintenance and minor construction projects on Division buildings. Trade groups include carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, steam fitters, glazers, locksmiths, mason sons, and grounds personnel.
Stores, purchases and disperses materials to Division staff using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) called SchoolDude. Stores department also coordinates many Division wide initiatives such as confidential paper shredding and long term record storage.
