Project & Maintenance Estimator
The Project & Maintenance Estimator is responsible for conducting site assessments, developing scope of work, labour and material estimates for construction & maintenance projects.
The Project & Maintenance Estimator liaises with building department managers, maintenance supervisors, engineering staff, school principals, custodians and general contractors to produce preliminary scope of work and preliminary design drawings to complete an estimate profile. These estimates and preliminary design drawings are utilized to develop long range plans for construction and maintenance budgets. Information is collected and entered into a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) called SchoolDude.
