- Students with an interest in entrepreneurship

- Must select an entrepreneur and conduct an interview
- Submit a one (1) page essay on the interview

an Entrepreneurs' Organization member

- Manitoba students of Italian background
- Must be entering post-secondary university education
- Must demonstrate scholastic achievement
- Community involvement, especially in the Italian community of Manitoba
- Demonstrate financial need

- Manitoba students of Italian descent
- Must be entering a post-secondary institution (university or
accredited college) as a full-time student
Special Documents/Submissions/Requirements:
- Transcript of marks for courses taken in S1, S2, S3, and S4
- Provide letters of reference from any two (2) of the following: a) school principal,
guidance counsellor, b) community leader; or c) employer

CANADIAN PARAPLEGIC ASSOCIATION - COPNICK/HILLARD SCHOLARSHIP

Basic Eligibility Requirements:
- Canadian citizen
- Must have a permanent severe mobility impairment such as spinal cord injury
Special Documents/Submissions/Requirements:
- Up to three (3) letters of reference which address the applicant's outstanding
initiative, scholastic achievement and potential contributions to persons with a
severe mobility impairment
- Evidence of the applicant's disability status must be verified by a physician or
other qualified health care professional

- Two (2) black and white photographs are required prior to the release of funds

HELEN BETTY OSBORNE MEMORIAL FOUNDATION

Basic Eligibility Requirements:
- Canadian Aboriginal peoples: First Nations Status, Non-Status, Metis, and Inuit
residents in Manitoba may apply
- Students must be enrolled in post-secondary studies in Manitoba
- A minimum course load of 60% must be maintained
- Trustees of the Helen Betty Osborne Memorial Foundation will base their decision
on the following criteria: financial need; personal contribution to education costs,
commitment and dedication to proposed field, commitment to improving the well
being of community through volunteerism

- 2 references from educator or employer
- Letter confirming your admission to the program
- Proof of aboriginal ancestry
- Resume or an individual statement
