  - Must submit an original 800 - 1600 word essay on one of the pre-selected essay

    topics from Ayn Rand's "Atlas Shrugged"

UNIVERSITY OF SANTO TOMAS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF MANITOBA (USTAAMI)

  - Must be a Grade 12 graduating student of Filipino descent

  - Become a student of the University of Manitoba

  - Become a member of St. Paul's College

  - Take at least one subject at St. Paul's College. This requirement may be waived

    by the Dean of St. Paul's College

Special Documents/Submissions/Requirements:

  - A copy of the transcript of records of the final year in high school. Minimum

    average grade: 85%

  - A copy of the letter of admission to the University of Manitoba or any other post-

    secondary school
