CommunicationsThe Communications Department coordinates information services related to activities of the Board, the Division and its schools.The department prepares documents for internal and external audiences. These documents include the Our Schools newspaper, Connections, the employee newsletter, the Board Summary, the Administrative Bulletin, Your Guide to WSD, fact sheets and news releases.The department, in conjunction with committees or other departments, also creates public relations documents such as pamphlets, posters or booklets.The Communications Department also manages part of the WSD website under its umbrella of responsibility, as well as assists, as required, with other areas of the website.The department maintains regular liaison with media outlets.
