Introduction: Home/School Links - Building Partnership in Education The Division's Parent Education Committee offers several opportunities that further develop the links between home and school. The objectives of the committee are:
The work of the committee is based on Dr Joyce Epstein's six keys to successful partnerships among school, family, and community. They are: parenting, communicating, volunteering, learning at home, decision-making, and community collaboration. What follows is what schools throughout the division are doing to further strengthen their home/school connection.
