organize, coordinate and monitor Divisional programs;

assess system needs related to programs within the specific area assigned and make recommendations to the superintendent's department;

provide support to the principals and the instructional staff for development and improvement of instructional programs;

organize school-based inservice sessions;

review educational materials and programs relevant to the specific area assigned;

act as a liaison with outside groups including Manitoba Education, Citizenship and Youth;
-
facilitate communication and articulation between schools;
-
assist the human resource department in the screening and selection on instructional staff in their area of expertise.
